This document outlines the warranty terms and guarantees provided by Zebra-Tech for its solar power systems. Our warranties are designed to give our customers peace of mind while ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Zebra-Tech Workmanship Warranty

– Duration: 1 years from installation date – Covers: Installation faults and workmanship errors – Excludes: Environmental damage, surges, vandalism, unauthorized repairs, and electrical components such as breakers, which are not covered under warranty due to the inherent nature and variability of electrical devices.

Section 2: Zebra-Tech Workmanship Warranty

Zebra-Tech guarantees the quality of our installation and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of installation, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Duration: 2 years
  • Covered: Installation defects and workmanship errors

Exclusions:

The following are not covered by Zebra-Tech’s workmanship warranty:

  • Vandalism or damage due to intentional misuse
  • Damage from power surges or lightning strikes.
  • Environmental damage from natural disasters (e.g., lightning strikes, hailstorms).
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by non-Zebra-Tech personnel
  • Normal wear and tear or deterioration
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the system.
  • Damage due to negligence or failure to follow operation/maintenance guidelines.

Section 3: Service and Maintenance Fees

For services and maintenance outside of warranty coverage, Zebra-Tech charges the following fees:

Working Hours:

  • Call Out Fee: R1200.00 per visit.
  • Hourly Rate after first hour call out: R800.00 per hour.

After Hours, Weekends and Public Holidays

  • Call Out Fee: R1500.00 per visit.
  • Hourly Rate after first hour call out: R1000.00 per hour.

Service, Maintenance & Call-Out Fees

Standard Hours (Mon–Fri, 08h00–17h00):

  • Call-Out Fee: R1200
  • Hourly Rate: R850/hour after first hour After Hours / Weekends / Public Holidays:
  • Call-Out Fee: R1500 – Hourly Rate: R1050/hour after first hour

Response Times: – **With SLA:** Next business day on-site response – **Without SLA:** Within three business days
